Terms of Service
Updated September 1, 2026
The short version
You name one thing you want to know every day; we write it to you daily. First 7 days free; then $5/month, stop anytime, and it stops on its own if you don't subscribe. If we can't do something, we say so. Please don't use it for anything unlawful.
What this service is
You describe something that can be done as one email a day; we set it up and deliver the result to your inbox daily.
The service is provided by [fill in your company or personal name]. By using it you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, please don't use the service.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13 and be the owner of the email address you enter (or have the owner's consent).
After you submit, we first send a confirmation letter; the service starts only once you confirm. This stops others from entering your address.
Trial and payment
The first 7 days are free, with no payment details. If the trial ends without a subscription, the service stops automatically and nothing is ever charged.
If you subscribe, the price is $5/month, renewed monthly until you stop. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Stop anytime: click the “stop” link in any letter, or write to [email protected]. Service continues to the end of the paid month, then no further charges.
Fees already paid for the current month are generally not refunded — but if the fault is ours (for instance letters missing for days on end), write to us and we'll refund or make it up.
If the price ever changes, we'll tell you by mail in advance; if you don't accept the new price, you can stop at any time.
Reasonable limits
To keep every letter good, the number of things running at once per email address may have a reasonable cap. At the cap, stop an old one to start a new one.
What we can't promise
Not everything can be done. When something can't, we write and tell you why — and with your consent, write again the day we can.
What the letters contain (weather, prices, news and so on) comes from public sources and is for reference only. For decisions that matter — money, health — please double-check; we can't accept liability for losses that follow.
We do our best to deliver on time every day, but can't promise zero interruptions. Mail can also land in spam — if letters go missing for days, check the spam folder, then write to us.
What you write
Your request belongs to you. You allow us to use it to provide the service, including passing it to the providers who work for us (such as AI model services).
The letters we send are for your personal use — please don't resell them in bulk.
What not to use it for
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't use it to pry into or shadow other people's private lives.
Don't submit other people's email addresses, don't mass-submit with scripts or otherwise abuse the service, and don't resell it.
If we find such use we stop the service; serious cases are handled according to law.
Changes and shutdown
We keep improving the service, so features may change; material changes that affect you will be announced by mail in advance.
If the whole service ever shuts down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by mail and refund the unused part of what you've paid.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you actually paid us in the past 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect losses (such as missed trading opportunities).
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in substance, we'll tell you by mail in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it; if you don't, you can stop at any time. Every revision updates the date at the top.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by [fill in the applicable law, e.g. the law of a country/region]. If a dispute arises, we'll first try to settle it amicably; failing that, it goes to [fill in the venue or method, e.g. a court or arbitration body].
