Common questions
How soon does the first letter arrive?
Within 24 hours. A real person reads every request first, to make sure we can do it well — so it isn't an instant auto-reply. After the first letter, they follow the rhythm you asked for — daily, or only when something happens.
What kind of things can I hand over?
Anything a letter can carry. Daily things: news digests, a language phrase a day, match results. Watch-for-it things: a price hitting your target, rain coming, a number moving — we stay silent until it happens. Things that need hands — booking tickets, making appointments — we can't do yet.
What if you can't do what I asked?
We'll write and tell you honestly that we can't, and why — no silence, and no charge. We keep your request on file and write to you the day we can do it; if you'd rather not wait, reply once and we delete it.
Does it cost anything?
The first 7 days are free, with no payment details. After that, subscribe only if it's useful: $5/month for each thing you've handed us. If you don't subscribe, it stops on its own — nothing is charged.
Is that $5 per thing, or for everything?
Per thing. Each request you hand us is its own subscription: its own 7 free days, then $5/month for that one thing. Hand us three things and each starts free, each costs $5/month to keep, and stopping one never touches the others.
How do I stop?
Every letter ends with a “stop” link — one click is enough. Or just reply “stop” and we'll take care of it.
Will my email be used for anything else?
No. Your email is used only to send you these letters — never sold, never given to any third party. Details in the Privacy page at the bottom.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. No app, no account, no password. Just an inbox that receives mail.
