Some national weather services and weather sites offer daily forecast emails. They exist, they're free, and they tend to be built for everyone: a long page of numbers where you hunt for the one line that matters to you.
Automation tools (IFTTT, Zapier) can email you a forecast every morning from a weather API. It works, once you've made the account, connected the services and chosen a template — and it keeps working until one of the pieces changes.
